Movers Plus quotes are valid for 30 days from date of quote.  We do however suggest you advise your predicted
moving date and we can include dates on the quote to ensure the price is fixed.

All cabinets must be emptied. This is due to the draws sliding on lateral cabinets, while wood filing cabinets are not made to take the weight of the files during moving as per manufacturer guidelines.

Bubble wrap: (we break it we fix it guarantee) If, in addition to Removal Services, you elect to have Goods packed by Us using preventative bubble wrapping (as part of Our optional Packing Services) then, We guarantee that those Goods will be delivered to Your delivery location free from breakages. 

To ensure hygiene and cleanliness, we ask that they are wrapped with commercial grade shrink wrap or you can use green garbage bags for plants. For a small fee, the Removalists do carry this material on the truck and can wrap this for you.

In most cases, yes we can offer priority Removals services, however this may be subject to availabiity of moving men & trucks. We have helped many customers in the past who have booked with us after cancelling from other Removalist companies.

Yes certainly, you just need to specify which items and our team will arrange it for you on the day of your move so that you don’t have to spend your last night in your house on a mattress on the floor!  If you are going to do the packing yourself we can still do this for you, you just need to let the Communication Consultant know when you are obtaining your quote.  If you are using our services on an hourly basis, then this will just be part of the job done for you.

We will take extra special care of your treasured and valuable items, whether these are of monetary or just sentimental value.  When packing for you, these items will be wrapped and padded in industrial strength bubble wrap.  Then depending on the size of the item it will be either wrapped in felt blankets before being securely strapped and supported in the truck  – or else it will be placed in a well padded, clearly labelled sturdy box.

This depends on many factors, such as weather conditions, size of your home, time required to load and unload, parking, and the direction and distance your shipment is travelling. We do however, work hard to ensure we get the move done as quickly and safely as possible!

Absolutely. We offer highly affordable temporary storage solutions with well ventilated modules where we can store your belongings in our local storage. Your goods will be safe and sound in our storage facilities until you're ready to pick them up. Note: Using our storage facilities comes with storage charges, warehouse valuation coverage and final delivery charges from the warehouse.

Payment is either by cash or credit card half hour before completion of the removal services on the day. Any other arrangements (i.e. postponed payments) will have to be arranged and approved by our head office before your scheduled move.
